COMPANY OVERVIEW

Brilliant Light Power, Inc. (BrLP) has invented a new nonpolluting and economical primary energy source based on novel hydrogen chemistry. This energy source is based on a new chemical process that releases the latent energy of the hydrogen atom resulting in the formation of a previously undiscovered more stable form of hydrogen called hydrino, identified as the dark matter of the universe. The Company refers to this process as the BlackLight Process. The Company utilizes the BlackLight Process to produce electrical power using its SunCell® that forms brilliant light-emitting plasma and converts the light into electricity using photovoltaic or solar cells. BrLP is well positioned to deploy commercial products through licenses and derive a royalty stream in essentially all power application markets as a replacement of primary fuels and as a primary source of electricity.

COMMERCIAL STRATEGY

BrLP’s business model generates revenue from leasing SunCells® to power consumers on a per diem basis with no metering. Power equipment manufacturing, installation, and maintenance are performed under contracts between BrLP and third parties.
