October 16: At startup or when the ignition is interrupted for an instant and restarted a huge flash of light is observed due to the increase accumulation of hydrogen fuel.

The power is very high as evidenced by dents that are observed in the stainless-steel dome. The dent test is a common test for efficacy of explosives and energetic materials. Exemplary dents shown in this photo indicate an explosive force greater than that 200 mg of PETN:

We have a hardening technology and controls systems to avoid this situation.

We also encountered problems with the injectors and molten metal inlets breaking off during the solidification phase of the restarting cycle. So, we redesigned the SunCell with consolidation of components that solved these problems and significantly decreased the startup time. Mills also invented a new type of molten metal pump. A first-of-its-kind test worked immediately. This pump has the potential of being much cheaper, more powerful, much more efficient, and require minimum cooling compared to the current EM pump technology that we are using. Albeit, we have very much optimized it for the SunCell application.
We plan to switch to the new pump technology and host companies for demonstrations of our commercial prototype SunCell.
Details on the SunCell and how its power will be converted to electricity for powering most of all of the World’s power loads is presented in our Business Presentation:
